Support is by email. One person reads that inbox and answers it, which is why there is no queue number and no phone tree.
What we sell
saykiwi is a subscription software service that writes and publishes replies to customer reviews. Prices are in US dollars and listed at saykiwi.com/pricing. The free plan costs nothing and requires no card. Terms of sale, renewal, cancellation and refunds are in our Terms of Service.
Consumer dispute resolution
The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform closed on 20 July 2025 and no longer operates. Consumers in the EU can approach a national alternative dispute resolution body, or the European Consumer Centres Network for cross-border matters. We are not obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, and do not currently do so. Either way, please write to [email protected] first — it is faster and it usually works.

Google, Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram, Meta, Trustpilot, Yelp, Tripadvisor, Shopify and Judge.me are trade marks of their respective owners. saykiwi is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them; their names are used only to describe which services saykiwi works with.
